May 22, 2007 The aroma is alcohol, grass, and rice. The appearance is almost clear with a light yellow tint to it. The flavor is like the aroma and subtle. The palate is thin and lightly oily with an alcohol finish. Overall it’s nice and easy.

May 22, 2007 This is a very light flavorful sake. Just a nice thin palate with mild flavors of rice and alcohol flavor. a mild grassy taste. This is a keeper.
