Jun 5, 2007 The aroma is somewhere between sweet and dry with rice, alcohol, and sweet cream. The appearance is yellow-clear. the flavor is like the aroma with an emphasis on alcohol. The palate is thin and only slightly oily. Overall a decent sake but just a but too much alcohol for me.

Jun 5, 2007 This feels like a sake that would go well with desserts. the aroma has like a tapioca flavor, very mild but its present, taste is smooth yet not oily. even flavors and alcohol hides itself well. a winner
