Enjoying a Murphy’s while listening to the WolfeTones with ARMed and some good friends. Pours a nice dark brown/black with a thick cream, off-white head. Aroma is roasted malt and coffee. Taste is sweetened coffee with hints of chocolate and roasted malt. Palate is long-lasting and enjoyable. An excellent beer!

From can, I was quite surprised from the creamy tan head that lasts for ever, delicate aroma of chocolate and fruits, dark chocolate flavor with hoppy notes, milder and more pleasant than guiness but I’m still looking for a great stout out there to overwhelm me.

(Can). Mild roasty malt aroma. Dark reddish brown body, creamy brown head. Mildly sweet malt flavor. Thin and quite flat. Basically the same as Guinness and Beamish.

Tap @ OTH. Pours black, beige head. Aroma light roastiness and hoppy. Taste, light roasted, hoppy and malty. Leaves an almost thick lactosy mouthfeel, with light hoppy aftertaste. Decent stout.
