Aug 27, 2008 I do love me a cascading beer, but i’m tired of these beers spilling out of the opened tab before I can pour it. whatever. super dark brown, perfect head. smells of fleeting dark grain. the head has a buoyant and creamy texture and a palatable weight with a naked dryness that really adds to the experience. stronger roast than guinness (i still consider it the standard) with a lingering dry finish.

Aug 17, 2008 A 0.5L can from local shop. A foamy light brown head. Dark brown coloured beer. Malty and little bit sour taste. also slight chocolate taste. In the end a bite of hops.

Aug 12, 2008 Pint can. Pours dark brown with creamy beige head. Aroma of roasted malt and chiocolate. Flavor is again roasted malt and chocolate. Little thin but good. I prefer Guiness.

Aug 12, 2008 Dark as sin, and just as tasty. This is so much better than Guiness. Goes so well with fried fish ’n chips. Very drinkable!

Aug 11, 2008 Pint can. Pours a deep black with mahogany hues and very creamy off white head that’s similar to Guinness and leaves a thick lacing. Nose is roasted malts a light chocolate. Taste is mainly roasted malts with some dry cocoa powder in the finish with some metallic hops. Medium creamy mouth feel. Very Guinness like in every way. Finish is a bit more bitter.
