Can. Black colour with a tan "nitro head". Smells really good. Notes of liquorice and roasted malt. The flavour is disappointing, thin and watery.

Poured from Pub-Pour can. Not as sweet as some other Stout Pub-Pour beers. The dark roasted malts have a pleasantly bitter aftertaste, and leaves the palate with hints of espresso.

Can. Jet black with creamy nitrokeg head. Aroma of roasted malt and bitter chocolate. Watery in the mouth with more chocolate flavours and an ok dry finish. Better than Guinness but that’s no saying much.

Tap. Pours that jet-black color with a creamy head. The aroma is dominated by chocolate with slightly-noticeable coffee and malt. Flavor is the same. Sweeter than Guinness, and a great stout, though I still prefer "the black stuff."

Poured pitch black with an off white/tan head that stayed the duration of the beer. Coffee/chocolatey tones dominate with some bitterness providing a smooth balance. Extremely drinkable, and definitely enjoyable.
