Almost black with a tan coloured creamy head - just as a stout should be; creamy and smooth; coffee flavours predominate over the chocolate ones; a sweet and very dry finish. dumacub (15), dayton, Ohio, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 18, 2007 Hopefully my memory isn’t clouding judgement, as this is the first stout i ever had.
Pours black with a thick tan head that lingers. Not much glass lace.
Aroma is light with hints of malt and coffee.
Full flavor that is nicely malty and bitter, but doesn’t overpower the other flavors.
Nice medium carbonation, although i could use more or less on a personal note.
Nice overall drinking stout. WSSmiles (124), Columbus, Ohio, USA

Anyhow this beer is non discriptive. Nothing to it except very watery. Glad its only a 4 pack. faroeviking (6100), BjórtjóðveldiðBjórheimBjórsins, Faroe Islands
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 14, 2007 Bottle. Nice thick black colour with a big long lasting creamy off-white head. Very nice lacing that stays for a long time. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, bit sweet. Flavour is fresh, smooth and creamy. Good malty roastiness, sweet dark chocolate and roasted coffee. Nice roasty bitter finish. Goes down very well. mike1977ok (648), Netherlands
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 11, 2007 Black with tight, thick, creamy head. Full malty aroma but not as roasted as with other stouts. Mily texture. Smooth and easy to drink. GiladA (13), Israel
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 7, 2007 Updated: Feb 20, 2007Nitro can:The aroma is faint, 1cm of creamy head over ablack body. full body, taste of chocolate-mocha ice-cream, not enough carbonization.
With second thought, I reduce the rate because of the flat carbonization. onlyrocknroll (220), Cork, Ireland
