Commercial Description:
Nirvana Pale Ale is a hybrid of an American Pale Ale combined with the classic English Pale Ale style to produce a New World Pale Ale. A brilliant golden colour, our pale ale has a fresh citrusy/spicey aroma and flavour, balanced with biscuity/toffee flavours from the malt and finishes full bodied with a complex character and bitterness of selected caramalts are used as well as generous quantities of New Zealand grown Cascade and Hallertau hops.

Aroma: nice hop with some fresh cut grass notes along. Flaovur: lightly malty with a plenty of clean hop notes showing through.

Pours amber with an off-white head. Good head retention. Great aroma. Grass, cardamom, pine, nectarine. Flavour starts malty and quite sweet. Long, moderately bitter finish. Hints of English as well as American PA.

Bottle 330ml. Very good one. Aroma is intense, with grass, and pine. Flavour starts sweet, with a long bitter finish. It has medium body, and feels oily in the mouth. Amber colour, with a thin but frothy head that lasts long.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy, light amber colour with a white head that dimishes quickly to a surface ring. Aroma is hoppy and floral with notes of citrus, caramel, pine and malt. Flavour pretty much mirrors aroma but is a little lighter than expected, both in flavour and body. Still another very nice beer from Murray’s and a good Australian version of the APA.

For 4.5% this is quite flavourful. A cross between an english pale with soft floral tones and a bit more agressive APA with the citrus and pine. Malt is light and smooth. Looks a little weak though. Good solid easy drinking.

Bottle. Pours with a white dense-frothy head and a hazy orange body. Hop driven aroma and flavour profiles with passionfuit predominant. Finished with a moderate biterness that permeates the whole mouth, but doesn’t linger.

Bottle, colour like eucalypt sap, different consistancy thankfully. Pine citrus aromas too adding to my botanical metaphor. Another quality Murrays brew.

330ml bottle. Golden and deep orange in colour with a billowing pillow of dense foam, very appealing on the eye. Crisp floral citrus aroma with a hint of other fruits. Crisp and clean to taste with a light mild bitterness and hint of floral hops. Nice mouthfeel with a flavour thats sits on the tongue.

Bottle. Pours golden with a medium white head. The aroma is sweet malt and tropical fruits. The flavour is sweet malt and tropical fruit. The bitterness kicks in nicely and a little sweet and bitter towards the finish. A decent APA from these guys.
