Commercial Description:
An all time favourite since 1861. Brewed from local six row barley malts and Bavarian hop products. Has a distinctive taste and flavour.

500 ML bottle in Pakistan, deep amber color, thin white head, and aroma malty with a bit of a sour smell. Taste is light but dry and not much to the flavor, and uncomplicated. A rather plain disappointing beer, and much like other beer in these types of countries, but still slightly better than most macros.

Pours straw with a thin white head. Smells of sweet malt with some soapy hints. Tastes sweet and dry with some peppery splashes on the finish.

[Tasted locally in Ra-pindi at Salateen restaurent.] Nice to drink beer in a forbidden alcohol country. Tasted great to the wonderful food, which did not gave us quick-step-belly. Others got that exp. at that eve at the big tourist hotel Pearl. Hii-hii!

Blond color. Very common aroma, strong corn. Medium body, pretty high bitterness, dry finish. Ordinary.

A VERY bitter lager. Tasted horrible, to put it bluntly. Had a very dark caramel color, no head. The specimen I had may have been fairly old (couldn’t find a date on the bottle), and I had a very hard time finding any information on it or its brewery. But believe me: you aren’t missing anything!
