(Draught at Plan B, Copenhagen, 26 March 2008) Pale brown, muddy colour with frothy beige head. Malty nose with dark fruit, dried figs, coffee and green apples. Sweet. Malty, fruity taste with notes of dried figs, prunes, yeast and spices. Very sweet. A bit like sweet mud, but with a strangely decent taste to it.

50 cl bottle, as «Pastorale Påskebryg». Unclear brown color, small beige head. Aroma is yeast and malt. Flavor is yeast, malt and maybe a bit too much sourness. A special, but in a way good beer.
