Light brown with off-white head. Aroma of fruit and malt. Flavor is dried fruits and some caramel. Low bitterness. Svesse (1621), Hässelby, Sweden Mar 30, 2008 (Draught at Plan B, Copenhagen, 26 March 2008) Pale brown, muddy colour with frothy beige head. Malty nose with dark fruit, dried figs, coffee and green apples. Sweet. Malty, fruity taste with notes of dried figs, prunes, yeast and spices. Very sweet. A bit like sweet mud, but with a strangely decent taste to it. Blom (605), Odense, Denmark Mar 18, 2008 Redbrown with a low but dense head. Floral armoa with notes of spice and oranges. The flavours are elder, citrus and caramel. Nice one. tarjei (1131), Bryne, Norway Mar 17, 2008 50 cl bottle, as «Pastorale Påskebryg». Unclear brown color, small beige head. Aroma is yeast and malt. Flavor is yeast, malt and maybe a bit too much sourness. A special, but in a way good beer. Enjoyit (1087), Vadum, Denmark Feb 19, 2008 Redbrown of color with a beige head. An aroma of malt, bread, sugar, yeast and caramel. A flavor of malt, yeast, hay and burnt caramel.
