(bottle) Hazy, golden coloured hue with many floaties swimming around and a diminishing frothy white head. Moderately yeasty and sweet malty nose with light fruity notes, phenolic spice and herbal, slightly peppery hops. Moderately sweet flavour, full bodied and soft on carbon. Yeasty, pale malty taste, moderately fruity, phenolic (plastic) and spicy with a slightly alcoholic and hoppy finish (23.04.08).

Jun 22, 2008 Bottle. Hazy orange colour with a small white head. Aroma and flavour of malt, fruit, spice and yeast.

May 26, 2008 Bottle at Kobehavnske Oldage, May 2006. Gold colour. Some haze. Quite a deal of estery/yeasty fruit. Orange peel and spice (coriander?) come through more strongly in the flavour. Quite full mouthfeel. Some residual sweetness but not too sticky. A well made take on the tripel style. Not quite 100% authentic maybe but very tasty.

May 17, 2008 Bottle: Thick sweet pale malty nose with a distinctive hoppy background, a bit alcoholic; solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; longer lasting sweet fruity, but also hoppy finish with not too well hidden traces of alcohol. A well balanced, heavy brew.........
