Pours a clear golden-orange with a small diminishing foamy white head. Mild, slight resiny hop aroma along with caramel malt and grain. Flavour: What th’!? Soap? Another sip and ugh, still soap, along with slightly burnt malt, light hops and grain. Average bodied. Not liking this at all, will have to retry.

I tried this beer on tap on November 13, 2009 at "The Beerbistro" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a translucent copper colour with a 1" foamy tan coloured head. The aroma was very weak and contained some hops and grassy malt. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was slightly sweet, grainy malt, with a bitter finish. A good bitterness from cascade hops, this is more of an American pale, with bold taste, a good bitterness, though not very balanced. Reddish with a soapy head. Easy drinking, average mouthfeel. Fresh hop taste to it. Neutral aroma.
