Draught at EsBF09. Mild smokey aroma. Cloudy dark brown colour. Small stable creamy tan head. The flavour has a good smoke note. Very peaty, I wonder if that is why it is slightly citric. OK, though.

On tap. Pours a cloudy and opaque brown with an orange hue and a creamy off-white head. Fat aromas of burned rubber. Medium body, sweet roasted malts and plenty of byrned rubber accents and tar. The smoke accents are way, way out of balance. 221009

It’s hazy, bordering to unclear brown with a red hue. The aroma has clear notes of peat smoke – very nice. The flavor has incredibly clean notes of peat smoke, and only a light malty sweetness, just like I prefer a smoked beer – not very sweet and very pure in the smoke note!

Hazy dark amber with a medium beige head. Smoked aroma with toasted malt and caramel notes. Flavour had smoke, malt and caramel notes. Finished smoked.

Cloudy amber with a small off-white head. Strong peat smoke aroma with sweet spices and a touch of plastic. Sweet peaty and malty flavour with a medium bitterness

Draught at Jyske Øldage 2009. Clear amber coloured with a huge off white head. Smoked aroma of peat and caramel. Fruity flavour of peat and smoke with notes of tar. Smoked finish. Too smoked for me.

Bottle @ Esbjerg Festival, 2009. Pours unclear amber with a creamy white head. Nose & taste is peat, bacon and caramel. Full bodied. Quite tasty.

At the Ølfestival, Esbjerg, Denmark 23-10-09. This is smoky from the off in the mouth though less so in the aroma. The smokiness is a touch artificial times but I found this quite tasty. A6 A4 F8 P4 Ov14 3.0
