Bottled. Dark golden coloured. Unclear. Beige head. Sweetnes, yeast and spice in the nose. Flavour is a bit fruity with some cocoa notes. Yeast and spice notable as well. Medium bodied. Spiced and fruity end.

Jul 31, 2008 (bottle, courtesy of Papsoe) Cloudy, deep orange colour with a medium-sized, slightly off-white foamy head. Spicy and slightly toasted malty nose with a light to moderate wheat-character and fruity (prunes, berries) notes. Light bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with an almost creamy mouthfeel. Slightly toasty malty base with a moderately wheaty and yeasty-fruity taste; almost dry, slightly fruity and wheaty finish with a touch of liquorice in the aftertaste. Another fine wheat from Denmark (23.07.08).

Jun 3, 2008 Bottle from De Dolle Waiter. Orange color, cloudy. Skimmed milk, pepper and yeast in the aroma. Yeasty, citric flavor with skimmed milk, mayonaise, banana and cinnamon. Distracting by-flavors spoil this beer a bit.
