Sep 1, 2008 Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a huge tan head. The aroma is sweet with notes of hops, malt, caramel, and berries. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of berries, but also with a hint of acidity, leading to a dry woody finish. Thanks Myrup for sharing.

Jan 21, 2008 Draught. Unclear hazy medium amber red color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, pine, orange, clove. Flavor cold is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a average to long duration, flavor temped is moderate sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (011207)

Jan 20, 2008 50 cL bottle, thanks to faroeviking. Pours hazy orange to brown with a dense off-white head. Spiced, citric/acidic - infected :(. Flavour holds a nice malt base, solid spice note and a very citric/acidic. Finish sadly reveals more citric note. I assume this could have been great clean, but another fine example of the importance of cleaning the bottles before the beer is put on.
