Hazy orange-copper color; there is a persistent layer, creamy. It has a wonderful hoppy aroma, fruity, sweet, flowery; after a few minutes it develops a more evident apricot aroma too, apricot jam and other perfumy yellow fruits (dry hopped with Cascade). It has a medium body strength and a very smooth mouthfeel; there must be a strong toffee flavor, but it’s just swept away by the extreme hopping, that gives highest bitterness, fruits and some resins. Technically, it’s unbalanced, but so good…

May 2, 2008 Draught at Akkurat. Pours copper colored with a little head. A nice bitterness from Grapes that gives it a good taste.

Mar 31, 2008 Hazy, pale yellow with a small white head. Hoppy and fruit tones. Grape, elderberry and hops. Medium to full body with a nice, dry aftertaste.

Slightly hazy and golden/copper. Rather brief white head.
Very sweet and malty with fruity hoppiness in the aroma.
Fruity, citric and hoppy flavour with a lot of dry bitterness.

Mar 13, 2008 Draught at Tre små rum, Göteborg, Sweden. Hazy golden, small white head. Hoppy aroma with grape fruits and pine needles, and a solid fruity malt base. Very smooth with a delicate lingering bitterness.
