Mar 2, 2008 (bottle) Clear, amber colour with a medium-sized, not very persistent, light-beige foamy head. Sweet, slightly molassy toast-malty aroma with strong notes of caramel and a light herbal touch in the background. Sweet flavour, full bodied with a soft carbonation. Strong toast-malty taste with caramel and light herbal notes; sweet and moderately bitter toasty finish with rather harsh alcoholic notes. Not a very rounded Bock (01.03.08).

Unharmonic, "cheap" Bock....
