Soft, gentle, velvetty mouthfeel and notes of "knäckebröd" (dry, hard , crispy, burnt bread). The body is medium to light, but the flavours fill your mouth. Warming, despite a low abv. Roasty, salty, coffee finish. A wonderful beer!! Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark Sep 16, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Black with and underlying reddish glow. Very small, creamy head.
