Some hops play a briefly intersting role while there’s an adequate malt support, but just not much depth. Seems a little too candy sweetish overall for my tastes. Schroppfy (1813), Ohio, USA

Unfortunately, there is a thin-bodied, very hop deficient amber in the glass after the sniff. That being said, give it some props for rejecting the ’Hey, I’m an american amber, a relatively undefined style, so let’s just throw in a gigantic dose of hops for no reason’ attitude. Whoops, better as it warms. joet (1709), Fulton, California, USA

A bit better presentation, fine foam, deeper hue and good clarity. Aroma is mild Cascade, malt and honey. Nothing for hopheads but good mouthfeel and bitterness.
