Dec 3, 2002 Bottle. A wine bottle, no less. Black color with a foamy brown head. Fully roasted aroma with fruits coming through at the end. As it warmed the fruits came through with ever increasing intensity. The flavor is malty in the front and smoky at the finish. Nice chalky oatmeal hints on the palate.

Oct 18, 2002 Alcohol and malty sweet aroma. The flavor is full roasted, malty, hardly any bitterness, with a strong smoky aftertaste. The color was brown with almost no head. The feel was a little slimey. Not bad.
