Sep 25, 2009 Colore nero con una spettacolare schiuma molto cremosa.Ottimo aroma di malto tostato, vaniglia, luppolo.In bocca è morbida, ben maltata, dolce, molto ben miscelati il malto torrefatto, il caffè, la vaniglia,il lievito.Finale ben bilanciato.

Dec 27, 2008 (Draught at Pikkulintu, Helsinki, on 2008-12-13) Almost black. Clear. Small tan coloured and quite quickly disappearing white head. Roastedness, coffee, chocolate and hops in nose. Full bodied and dry palate with medium carbonation. Coffee (with milk), roastedness, bitterness, some dark chocolate. herbs and hint of fruitiness in taste. Roastedness and bitterness in dry aftertaste.

Dec 17, 2008 Draught at EBF 2008, Copenhagen. Subtle aroma of classy roasted malts. Those same malts dance on the tongue, giving a sweet, perfumy taste when you sip. The alcohol is well hidden but a nice warming hint comes through at the end. A very good porter.
