Draught at Den Tatoverede Enke, København. Black. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate, prunes and raisins. Sweetish roasted flavour, again chocolate and dried fruits, especially prunes. Dry finish. Medium to full bodied. Very well brewed, but too much prunes for me.

A black beer with a brown head. The aroma is sweet with quite a lot of coffee as well as lots of over ripe fruits and prunes, and lighter notes of alcohol and berries. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of both coffee, cocoa, and berries, leading to a dry roasted end.

Draught@Konttori, Tampere. Pitch black colour, small brown thick head. Aroma is weak roasted coffee beans and chocolate. The flavour is strong roasted coffee beans. Long roasted aftertaste. Full palated. Totally brilliant brew. Another strong product from Närke.

Tight brown head, wonderful black color. Sweetly malty, chocolaty aroma. Silky smooth, slightly smoky as the beer gets warmer. Full, soft, coffee flavor. Very big. Dryish mouthfeel. Hoppy sidetouch. In one word: brilliant.

Draught, Pikkulintu. Almost black with a smallish, tanned and lacy head. Sweet-honeyish, very malty and pleasant aroma. Licoricey, roasted-malty flavor with quite nice hops and some yeasty Belgian dubbel character. The latest batch at 7.4 ABV was a bit too color-malty - could give 8 for the flavor. Smooth and creamy, quite full-bodied palate with no signs of alcohol. An excellent, full, smooth and tasty porter. I heard this is the same as Max Golding, but without dry-hopping.
