(Draught) Pours dark brown with a creamy nougat colored head. The subtle aroma holds discreet notes of grassy and earthy hops. The malt brings tones of bread and hints of dry caramel. Bit salty. The flavour is earthy, grassy, bit herbal and bready. Light sweet and near medium bitter. The bitterness is very clean. Notes of mushrooms and strawberries. The mouthfeel is creamy and round. Nice stable maltiness. Medium bodied.

Draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm. Hazy reddish brown, airy head. Citric leathery nose. Dry with fairly light body and crisp, though almost overcarbonated, mouthfeel. Citric minty hops with increading late bitterness. Not as soft as most Närke beer and with a minor underlying citricity, possibly due to serving conditions.

Dark brown color; big creamy head. The aroma is mild, chocolatey, with light sourness. Medium body, dry caramel flavor, chocolate, light astringency, light vegetables. In the final there is more roasted malt, and it’s quite dry. Confused, not impressive.

Draft. A chestnut colored beer with a huge lazing brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel and light notes of spices, but also an edge of acidity, that I don’t think is supposed to be there. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, bread, and spices, leading to a dry finish where notes of spices and brown sugar lingers. The body is thin. Närke can du so much better than this.

Draught. . Unclear deep amber brown with a medium nice light brown head leaving a good lacing. Hoppy fruity toasty malty caramelic aroma. Good mouthfeel. The flavour has a pleasant bitterness with toasted malt, fruity hops, caramel and a burned/smoky touch. Long lasting dry bitter finish. Should that smoky touch really be there...? If not slightly infected then strange......
