The beer is served too cold, so the aroma is a bit subdued, but I do get notes of hops, flower and apricot. The flavour also has floral, fruity-hoppy note, bitterness and after a while also apricot and a hint of banana. It’s quite charming. 2374 larsniclas (3386), Gothenburg, Sweden

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 10, 2007 Bottle, Haket, Göteborg Clear dark gold looks, absolutely thick, tight off-white head. terrific lacing and in a chalice that is. Indeed an original hop nose as intended, slightly tart and rather green, with wild herbs, mint, mild earthiness and more than perfumey nuances, cologne-like (writing this from Cologne !). Pleasant and mostly fresh. In mouth, it appears a bit simple, but fully pushing those crazy hops forward. terroir involved in there, soft, bready mixture, almost doughy basis to the gently floral, lilac-like taste. Grows a bit more acidic, kinda ascorbic at that eventually, but it does not really interfere with the pleasure. Unique and well bodied. motelpogo (4394), Plzen, Czech Republic
