Draught at MacKinlays’s Inn, Stockholm. Pours out in a clear golden colour with a rich white head. Hoppy aroma of citric fruit, grass, pine-needles and melon. Dryish fruity and hoppy taste of grapefruit, grass, pine-needles and lemon-zest. Long bitter finish of grapefruit.

(Draught at MacKinlay’s, Stockholm, 10 Oct 2007) Golden yellow colour with huge, white head. Fruity nose with distinct notes of grapefruit and pine needles. Fruity taste with loads of grapefruit and pine needles. Lots of citrussy hops in the finish. Some sweetness. Rather one dimensional, but still, another lovely and not so modest effort from Närke.

Bottled at the brewery. Hazy golden, small head. Juicy citric nose. Dryish and crisp, fairly light bodied. Highly refreshing with strong juicy citrus flavour. Long bitter, lighltly resiny finish. An excellent thirst quenching pale ale.
