Nasu Kogen Scottish Ale

Med brown color, No dectable nose. Weak earthy malty mouth with a hint of whisky and a dry finish.

A brownish ruby color with a big foamy tan head. Sweet, specialty malt scent, (crystal malts?) just a touch of earthyness with mild, floral hopping. Initially sweet with floral and rich fruit tastes, alcohol noticeable but that adds rather than detracts from the flavor. This seems to reach it’s peak flavor, just as your ready to swallow. A mild hop follow. An easy drinking beer. Could be dangerous at an open bar!
