A bit of a sweet caramel malt flavor with a finish that is faintly bitter. dkachur (723), Charlottesville, Virginia, USA Apr 27, 2008 Tap at brewpub. Gold color and sweet malty aroma. Citurs hops, little caramel and or honey. Fruit, Apple, cherry. Clean brownish orange color, good head that faded quickly, minor lacing. Bittersweet flavor, like aroma little more grapefruit about it and a plastic streak about it. Medium body, lite creamy mouthfeel, bitterdry finish. Very nice Esb. Aroma had a nice change about it as it warmed. First sweet then the citrusy bitterness toward the end.
