Feb 9, 2008 on tap-pours a rich retaining off white head and slightly hazy gold color. Aroma is somewhat bitter pine hops-some citrus/perfumy (cascade+). Taste is great sweet citrus/then pine hops-some bitterness, good medium malt backbone. OK/mild carbonation.

Nov 9, 2007 Updated: Nov 22, 2007Pours a clear auburn copper with a fluffy off-white head. Succulent aromas of citrusy fruit juice. Caramel malt flavors succumb to an onslaught of citrus hop character. A tweak on their Elm Street IPA that happened to be brewed during a full moon, this beer exhibits a touch more "American IPA" notes than its English-style Elm Street IPA counterpart.

Nov 18, 2007 WOW. This was so much more than i had expected. With the discription i was given, I thought this was going to be a better version of the pale ale. I was wrong. Upon tasting, the first thing that came to mind is that this is no APA, this is an IPA. And a damn good one at that. Pours out a nice coppery color with a small beige head. aroma has a big hop note to it with a nice malt and citrus balance. Flavor is much the same with a nice resiny hop finish to it. I really like this beer. Nice job guys!

Jun 14, 2009 Tap at the brewpub on 2/2/08: Pours a transparent deep golden bronze with a spotty-lacing wispy white head. Aroma of big fresh piny grapefruity hops and a touch of sweet pale malt. Body starts fairly full and sweet with a nice fresh grapefruity hoppy presence before a crisp bittersweet finish. A nice IPA.

Feb 17, 2008 Draught. Pours golden, semi-cloudy with a nice head. The aroma is heavy with generous grapefruit. I get a little mary jane and some caramel in the scent as well. The body is medium with loads and loads of hops right up front, smacking my palate. Deep citrus and pine dry delight the tongue while some hints of crackers and caramel provide balance. This is a very, very nice American styled IPA. Excellent flexing of the PNW hops on this one.

Feb 13, 2009 Slightly hazed orange pour with a creamy white head and lace. Light sweet with a very nice hint of evergreen bitter. Nice balance of malt and hops a very nice sweet maltiness. A medium bodied beer with very good carbonation. Another damn solid beer from these guys.

Apr 19, 2008 Poured a rich orange color with a white head. Aroma featured a lot of citrus and flowers with a little bilt of toasted malt presence. Flavor was similar; a lot of citrus and floral elements. Good bitterness in the finish. Malt backbone was just present. Favorite of the day.

Sep 23, 2008 (Brewgrass08, server called it an APA) Hazy amber body with white head. Aroma is medium sweet, orange. Taste is medium sweet, orange, light grapefruit, peach. Light-medium body.
