Didn’t pick up too much aroma, but there was some wheat, caramel and roasted malt; maybe some spice. Flavor was much of the same, but found it pretty meek. The aroma is very clovey with hints of caramel and citrus. The flavor is caramel and clove at first, then some mild fruity esters, especially banana and pineapple. Dark wheat flavors hit in the finish and leave an earthy and spicy aftertaste. Mild acidic tartness in the finish. Respectable dunkel.
