Sampled many times at college. Not bad when you drink it if its cold, but sampled warm its horrible. Higher alcohol content is better than Natural Light. Goes down smooth, but still not worth it.

Haven’t had this in awhile, but got reminded while talking to my friend at Triumph Brewpub in Princeton, NJ (drinking good beer). This is some of the lowest of the low. One of the only beers I now refuse to drink..

So, I walk into a party and the kid whos house it was instantly says. ’Oh I’m sorry you had to come, your the beer conisouer and all we have is Natty Ice.’ I was then given one because they wouldn’t believe me that I’d drink one and had in the past. It was bad but I covered it up well.

Pours light yellow with a thick head. Great lacing on this one (not joking). Smells like rubbing alcohol. Tastes similar, but has some cereal and metal flavors as well. Finishes bitey but little aftertaste. Not nearly as bad as other "college" beers I’ve tried.

Shotgunned a 16oz. can at Backus’s Backyard Bash. Thanks to SoLan’s Mom for providing the beer. Since the entire thing went right from the can to my belly, I didn’t get a good look at it. I suspect the color was a fine straw color with sufficient carbonation. It was ice-cold, and went down in about 2.7 seconds, so I didn’t get to taste it much, either. Overall, I’ll give it a thumbs-up for a shotgunning or chugging beer. It was a good break in between the Cantillon St. Lamvinus and the Isabella Proximus and held it’s own among those other sub-par beers.

This beer is very close to Natural Light. I just tried the Hurricane beer, and it wasn’t horrible, but this beer is closer to the pale lager family. A nice yellow pale lager color. This beer has a decent head that fades away fast. I’d rather chug back on Natural Light. Alcohol smell, and the taste has a very pale alcohol taste. Not a horrible beer, but I am missing Natty if that says anything.

I am not sure whether this is a malt liquor or a pale lager. Sure it says that it is a pale lager, but the alcohol content tells a different story. In short, I have gotten sick off of this beer. There is no reason to drink this unless the other beers you have are all light beer or equally crappy beers with less alcohol.
