Jan 9, 2005 As expected, a golden beer with big but quickly dying white sudsy head. Smooth with a hint of the higher alcohol than mainliners ... kinda like a mix between Bud and Old English 800. Highly recommended for the college crowd just looking for the buzz without the really heinous syrupiness of the malt liquors.

Jul 9, 2002 is this the worst beer available to the general public?? Quite possibly. sometimes i get tempted to buy it though when its on sale for about 299 a 12 pack

Pale yellow colour, with white mediumsized head. Light maize aroma with cooked vegetables. Weak and watery in mouthfeel. Pretty sweet and sticky already at this low abv-level. No bitterness.

Jul 2, 2003 The head pour was large white and frothy with small-medium bubbles that fully diminished. There was very little carbonation with this beer. The lacing was sparse and the body was clear and the hue was yellow. The flavor was slightly sweet and bitterness was observed. The mouthfeel was light, watery and oily.

Mar 22, 2003 As bad as they come. Why do college parties consist of this and every other shitty beer? At least it wasn't Keystone light... Pours the same sickening shade of off yellow the rest do. It also tastes just as bad. Add the "ice" thing and lower the rating even more. I don't mind regular Natty but this sucks!

Oct 2, 2002 Glad I didn’t go with the valu-pak 24 oz and just plunked down .85 for 16 ozer. Clear as a mountain stream and tastes about the same.
