Hardly any smell, other than alcohol, and no head. Acidic and sour to the taste. Dry palate.

Nothing much to say about this wonderful beer, typical in all college gatherings, I don’t understand why people don’t fork out an additional 1 dollar and get a case of Keystone Light bottles, not like that is saying much either, but I think the taste is a supurb comparison.

Tastes an alarming amount like old bud light. Pretty much no flavor upfront with a bit of a sour after taste.

It is interesting to see what others have to say about this stuff. One guy calls it a "lake beer" - I like the phrase, but in this case I wonder if it means that the beer tastes like putrid lake water. It is also interesting to see how many people remember it as their college’s beer of choice. Anyway, I had a double size can with a corporate label. Its best point was the good-sized, foamy head. There was a nasty aroma of yeast, turpentine, and rotting vegetation. The character was weak and watery, and the taste was tinny and mildly bitter. NL calls itself a pilsner, but I am not sure why. And why does Anheuser Busch make this stuff, when they make the superior Bud Light? But the real question is, why would anybody drink it? I guess the low cost would be the only reason, because it is only a little bit better than skunk piss.

Why is this beer being sold? Did we lose a war? I suspect the Taliban is behind this ill concotion.

Not as crappy as i thought it was. Taste like water and is cheaper than bottled water.

I'm drinking one right now as I write this. My Goddamn gout acts up when it gets cold out, so I gotta drink light beer for a while to reduce my alcohol intake. GROAN! This stuff sucks. I've had tap water that had more flavor and character than this.
