BMan1113VR (896), Los Angeles (and Dallas, TX), California, USA Dec 24, 2007 One beer I will rate from memory. . .what a nightmare! Other than price this beer has absolutely no reedeming qualitys.
DrSamPHD (17), Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA Oct 1, 2008 Ahh, my second rating on this site and i must say i am NOT surprised to see this gem on the "worst beers" list. Although i can not criticize it so harshly, for this is the first beer i can remember consuming in a large amount. Oh sweet Natty Light, you got me through high school, to bad you taste like water and leave me with the worst of hang overs. This is my salute to you, natty light! unclemattie (1620), Georgia, USA Sep 15, 2008 The 900th Natty Rating and my 100th Pale Lager Rating!;!;!; 12oz can. Pours clear, bright yellow. Creamy white head. Sweet aroma of buttery grits. Flavor for the most part does not exist. The only thing there is a distant sweetness of diluted corn syrup. Very light and extremely watered down. Anyone who buys a 12pk of this on a regular basis has absolutely no character, just like this beer. heavy (503), Split, Croatia Sep 11, 2008 0.375 l (12 fl. oz) can, brought by our guests. So it became my first US beer...on 9/11. Cute. It poured pale yellow body with medium white head. Very weak industrial malty and some sourish aroma. Slightly unpleasant but very unimpressive. Flavor is strange indeed, I felt really nothing at first glance, but later it came to some not so nice floral sweetness and some strange, even interesting sourness. Really very light bodied. No finish except some bad aftertaste that ruins the beer even more. So...natural - nooo way (no hops and some artificial malt), light - yes, sure. I realized now when entering my rate this is one of the most hated US lagers, well, I’ve surely had even worse, this is just too watery and not so unpleasant. bsm80 (104), Massapequa, New York, USA Sep 6, 2008 This beer is disgusting, another "gem" from AB. I just don’t know why people keep buying this crap, all of their beer is awful. arventresca (170), Greenville, North Carolina, USA Sep 6, 2008 What can you say. A cheaper version of its brother Bud Light. Another macro brew cheaply made and sold soley to get ripped on. Not a beer drinkers beer.
