Aug 24, 2008 Draft pint at Crescent Moon, Omaha, NE. Poured a clear copper color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate floral citrus aroma. Medium body with slick texture. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium cotton candy bittersweet finish of moderate duration. This is a good drinkable brew and my first Nebraska beer.

Dec 11, 2007 On tap at the brewpub on Opening Day. Pours orangey amber with a thin white head. Has a green-fresh hop aroma. Citrus splash. The flavor is both strong and sweet from the hop bill. I get those high hop chocolate/orange flavors from it. It has asuper-duper residual coat the tongue bitter bite. This is what brewpub IPA’s used to be like when I was a kid. LOVE IT.

Nov 28, 2007 Green hop aroma with a hint of citrus. Light amber with good head and lacing. Roast malt hit at first then hops finish it out very well...balanced. Body fits beer well.
