Commercial Description:
Our IPA is created from a base of Pale and Crystal malts and is aggressively hopped throughout the brewing process with a final hop addition in the conditioning vessel. A beautiful flowery hop aroma will greet you as you dive into this hop lover’s dream. A middle caramel malt presence balances high hop bitterness with hop flavor end to end... learn to love hops! (Editor’s Note: originally brewed by Humboldt Brewing Company under the name "Humboldt IPA Nectar" until their acquisition by Firestone Walker.)

12 oz bottle via Liquid Solutions. Pours a clear amber with a small head. Nose is mostly orange and caramel. Taste is the same, with a somewhat hot acidic finish. Bittersweet honey/english hop aftertaste makes you long for the next drink. Medium body, lightly carbonated. ...a very good...no- a GREAT brew.

This was a very good IPA and a new find for me at my local bar that specializes in craft beers. Nice orange color with a thin white head. Hops abound, this is a great beer for the style and one I will revisit.

Amber with a nice bubbly head. Sweet floral aroma with some citrus. Sticky sweet taste with a good grapefruit/orange hop bite. Lots of caramel malt, but a decent balance. Long grapefruit finish.

This has a big piney aroma.....love that. Pours a bright orange with an off white head. Lacing is plentiful. There’s not much to dislike about this IPA. Caramelly, fruity front end with a balanced, hoppy finish. Very good for the style.

This brewery never ceases to impress me....strong floral and grapefruit aromas, and a light scent of pine. the flavor is well balanced with strong notes of sweetness...carmel-like and orange peel. a light toasty flavor too. the palate is the best part...a good amount of carbonation and bitterness is perfect. will def drink again

Well done West Coast IPA...restrained, not the hop bomb that many brewerys are producing. The bitterness is a bit rough but it has a great floral citrus aroma.

Thanks to tomgibson for sharing this again. Pours a lightly hazy golden amber with an average bubbly off white head. Aroma of pine, grapefruit and caramel malt to balance. Flavor of malts, sweetness up front followed by a citrus hop splash.
