Commercial Description:
Our IPA is created from a base of Pale and Crystal malts and is aggressively hopped throughout the brewing process with a final hop addition in the conditioning vessel. A beautiful flowery hop aroma will greet you as you dive into this hop lover’s dream. A middle caramel malt presence balances high hop bitterness with hop flavor end to end... learn to love hops! (Editor’s Note: originally brewed by Humboldt Brewing Company under the name "Humboldt IPA Nectar" until their acquisition by Firestone Walker.)

Copper. Short lived, off white head. Nose of resinous, piney hops and nice malt support. Same flavors with some floral and citrus thrown in the mix. Tingly, medium body thins out a bit in the end. Solid traditional IPA.

Clear, coppery orange, with a foamy beige head. Orange in the aroma, and a fresh, floral hop note, as well. Nice hop bitterness up front, with a smooth, sweet finish. Nicely balanced. Thanks to Springslicker for this one.

(12oz bottle) Crystal clear amber body topped by a medium off-white head that does not last long. Aroma is moderately sweet, orange, floral, bread/caramel. Taste is medium sweet, grapefruit, some caramel/cookie, faint pineapple. Medium body, some resin. Tastes ok, but seems to be missing something.

Thanks to droopy49 for sending this one from my wants list! Starts with a large head on the pour over a clear, medium orange brew. Sticky long lasting head. Bready, flowery aroma that has a spicy ginger aspect to it. Light to medium bodied. Somewhat lightly hopped for a California IPA, but it’s so smooth and well balanced that it pulls it off easily. Dangerously drinkable and smooth.

(bottle - 12 oz) Clear copper pour with a thin and soapy white head. Aroma is a mix of hops, grapefruit and more hops. Very floral and peppery. Taste begins with a big flavor of hops with a semi-sweet and peppery flavor in the middle. The end has a blast of hops as well as some grapefruit mixed in also. The aftertaste has lots of peppery and hop notes. Very nice IPA. Thanks Dan.

This was my first beer at a birthday party for friends at the Capital Ale House in Richmond, VA. It was delicious form the first sip. The head was small but the overall balance of hops and bitterness was well developed. There is a blend of grapefruit and orange with a great hop finish This is an IPA to look forward to again . It was hard to find based on its name.

The aroma is slightly malty with overtones of light citrus. Cascade hopps also bring out this beers floral aroma. I would highly recomend this IPA.
