Commercial Description:
Our IPA is created from a base of Pale and Crystal malts and is aggressively hopped throughout the brewing process with a final hop addition in the conditioning vessel. A beautiful flowery hop aroma will greet you as you dive into this hop lover’s dream. A middle caramel malt presence balances high hop bitterness with hop flavor end to end... learn to love hops! (Editor’s Note: originally brewed by Humboldt Brewing Company under the name "Humboldt IPA Nectar" until their acquisition by Firestone Walker.)

Pours a beautiful copper color with nice bubbly carbonation. Smell of pine, grass, and hops is noticeable. Nothing special for an IPA but is a good casual beer when you are looking to stay away from heavy stuff.

Nice amber with a thin white head. Aroma is a floral hoppiness, some dried fruit, light malt, honey. Taste is a nice blend of a lightly brash hoppiness, with malt sweetness following, mild caramel, and fruit showing.

bottle thanks to WeeHeavySD. poured a nice dark gold with a white head and some lacing. aroma of caramel, citrus, pine, and some candle wax. flavor of pine resin, grass, citrus, sweet, and something what seemed to remind me of some type of bug spray. nice medium-full body with medium-high carbonation. good stuff.

On tap at Sacramento Brewing. This amber ale poured with a decent off-white head and a sweet malt aroma. There is a nice caramel malt base with some piney hop bitterness.

Bottle. Pours an amber body with an off white head. Lots of hop character with hints of citrus, pine, and some floral grassy hop character. Some caramel malts too. 3.6 Revisited this tonight hops are a bit more soapy maybe its just not as fresh. 3.2 ave. 3.4
