Commercial Description:
Our IPA is created from a base of Pale and Crystal malts and is aggressively hopped throughout the brewing process with a final hop addition in the conditioning vessel. A beautiful flowery hop aroma will greet you as you dive into this hop lover’s dream. A middle caramel malt presence balances high hop bitterness with hop flavor end to end... learn to love hops! (Editor’s Note: originally brewed by Humboldt Brewing Company under the name "Humboldt IPA Nectar" until their acquisition by Firestone Walker.)

12oz bottle. Amber color with white head, and fairly strong floral aroma. Nice caramel malt flavors balanced with a lengthy bitter finish.

Pours amber with thin white soapy head. Aroma of piney hops. Taste has more malty, caramel flavor than expected. Expected more hop bite from the aroma. Slight hoppy bitterness. More like an amber. Just OK.

Clear dark amber with a generous 2 finger head that dissipated to a solid ring that left plenty of lacing all the way down. Strong citus hops aromas dominate, but there are definite caramel and toasted malts to balance it out. Taste mirrors the smell, though the flavors are not as strong. Nice creamy mouthfeel, medium carbonation and a clean finish.

Dark amber pour with thin white head, aroma of grapefruit, pine, and a little malt. Taste is smooth and citrusy, slightly sweet, malty, and bready with a hoppy finish. Nice on the palate with good viscous mouthfeel. Note this beer looks a little different than the label pictured and alcohol is up to 6.8%.

Pours clear bronze with a light tan head. The aroma has pine, grapefruit and earthy hops. There is some noticeable malt, but it is mainly buried under the hop presence. Medium body that’s mildly abrasive with carbonation typical for the style. The flavor is more earthy and piny than the aroma. This is a dry and enjoyable IPA.

surprisingly good. in bottle. well-balanced hop aroma, tending toward the citrus, not running awry or harsh, a little bit of caramel. Off-white head that doesnt do much, clear deep amber body. Smooth in the motuh, seems light but has a little oil-weight, The flavor balance goes to the hops but the sweet has a sufficient presence, and a little more malt complexity than other IPAs, Warming, with a balanced finish

Pours orange amber with off white head. Big grapefruit hop aroma. Bitter hoppiness backed up by moderately sweet maltiness. Medium body with lively carbonaztion and a slightly resinous moutfeel. A pretty good IPA.

Amber color pour with a medium frothy head that lasts a while. Aroma and flavor are mostly floral and pine hops, with a good malt backing. Not much else to say, except that it’s a solid IPA.
