Apr 30, 2008 Draught @ Lord Nielson. Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Somewhat clear sparkling body with a pale orange-green Perry like color. Nice aroma of Perry, fresh fruit, hint of citrus, sugar and mild yeast. Over the palate came sweet fruit, Perry and again light citrus. Light bodied with a lively carbonation and light dry texture. Moderated sweet flavor with light acidic. Sweet and mild sour Perry finish.

Apr 27, 2008 (On tap) Slightly hazy, greenish golden. Somewhat sulphuric aroma with a sweetish whiff of pears. Medium body, rather heavily carbonated with sweet, rustic pear notes and again lots of sulphur notes. The acidity is rather downplayed. Rough but not bad. 260408
