Apr 30, 2008 Draught @ Lord Nielson. Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Somewhat clear sparkling body with a pale orange-green Perry like color. Nice aroma of Perry, fresh fruit, hint of citrus, sugar and mild yeast. Over the palate came sweet fruit, Perry and again light citrus. Light bodied with a lively carbonation and light dry texture. Moderated sweet flavor with light acidic. Sweet and mild sour Perry finish.

The flavor is dominated by pears and rather sweet with a light acidity lingering in the back ground as well as a light note of wood, leading to a dry pear finish.
