Commercial Description:
Our fine cider uses purpose grown organic CoxsOrange apples. The 2003 vintage has an alcohol strenght of 8.4% and we ferment it with GE free yeast. Homestead Cider is made in the traditional way, no sugar or chemicals are added.

(Bottle 33 cl) Slightly hazy, pale golden with no head. Discreet and lightly tart apple aroma. Medium body with lightly sweet apple accents and a little low in carbonation. A little sulphur in the finish. Scaringly easy to drink because as opposed to most other Scrumpies this is not alcoholic in the finish. The brewer even told me, that it’s actually watered down from 14% ABV. 110208

Bottle 33cl. Very light and slightly hazy body with no head. Fruity nose with clear signs of alcohol. Flavour with sweet fresh apples.
