(Cask) Hazy golden with a small, creamy, white head. Lightly tart apple aroma. Full-bodied - the alcohol is rather present here. Some rather rough and unclean apple notes here - again with some sulphur. The finish has both acidity and alcohol. 260408

Jun 6, 2008 Draught at Lord Nelson.Hazy yellow colour with no head.Aroma of appel and almonds.Flavor is sour with a short dry finish.

May 12, 2008 On tap at Lord Nelson. Hazy ligth yellow color, no head. Aroma is apple and acicity. Flavour is sour with apple sweetness. Dry finish.

Apr 30, 2008 Draught @ Lord Nielson. Almost no head. Clear sparkling pale watery yellow color. Aroma of fresh apple, fruity acidic, yeast and what appeared as ash like notes. Over the palate came sour apple and citrus notes. The ash feel was goon. The 6,9% was not felt at all. Light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation and dry texture. Moderated sour vinegar flavor with mild sweetness. Sour dry apple like finish.

Apr 20, 2008 Draught. Weak greenish yellow colour. Rather weak aroma of sweet apples. The flavour is fresh with apples, a good mild sweetness and some sourness.
