Jul 6, 2009 Draught@Lord Nelson. Hazy yellow colour, no head. Aroma is green apples, dry wood as well as vanilla. Flavour is quite much the same in a rather tart, but balanced way. Also quite much white winelike notes. Very enjoyable.

aroma is citrussy, faint failrly fresh apple.
flavor is nicely balanced cider, with a little carbonation. Fresh apple flavor. a little acidity too. if you like fresh cider, this is good - but personally i could use some more acidity (apple flavor is fine).

Aug 24, 2008 Hazy pale straw golden body, big small bubbled white head, some sparkle; Lots of rotten eggs in nose the covers a slight amount of brett apple aromas; Huge sparkle in balanced fresh acid body; Finishes with tons of rotten eggs and a brett dryness, also some yeast. If is wasent for the terrible aroma, it wasent to bad....but the aroma was there!
