(Cask) Hazy golden. Lightly tart apple aroma with plenty of sulphur. Aroma of sulphur and rubber. Quite full-bodied but completely flat. Unclean apple notes. The finish is almost pure alcohol. Hard to drink. 260408

May 12, 2008 On tap at Lord Nelson, served in room temperature. Hazy ligth yellow color, no head. Aroma is sour apple. Flavor is sour apple, oak wood, citrus. Dry finish.

Apr 30, 2008 Cask @ Lord Nielson. No head. Cloudy pale yellow color. Aroma of sour apple, citrus, yeast, vinegar. Over the palate came strange dry and sour apple, citrus hint of dry wood. Medium bodied with a flat carbonation and dry texture. Moderated acidic flavor with light sweetness. Sour dry apple finish. No alcohol could be felt.

Apr 20, 2008 From barrel. Pours a murky yellow colour. Sweet woody apple aroma. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is sweet with apples, some wood and vanilla. Quite tasty cider.
