bman1986 (79), Broadstairs, Kent, England Aug 11, 2008 Cask at The Man of Kent, Rochester: Golden ale. Very sweet, overly so, quite cloying. Little bit of biscuity malt. This is not very good. DruncanVeasey (1633), Burbage, Leicestershire, England Feb 1, 2008 The Black Horse, Walcote. Still and meekly fruity. Watered-down mandarin, pine, slightly smoky grain and biscuit to close. Unsettling potato backtaste. Totally wrapped in lace. Alright. Pub (4047), Banbury, Oxfordshire, England Jan 26, 2008 Cask conditioned at The Woolpack, Banbury. Gold amber with white head. Pretty straight forward standard bitter, nothing outstanding. A restrained hop finish with a cereal malt body, pretty uninspiring. Average.
