Jun 15, 2008 Cask at the Gardeners Arms, Lewes, 12th April 2008. It appears that this has become part of Nelson’s regular range, as I sampled this a year after Ian and it was simply labelled as "Task Force". Clear, still, dark amber. Fruity aroma but luckily the sweetness is balanced on the tongue by the saltiness of the sulphates in the water. Smooth with a good finish. Nice stuff.

Apr 14, 2007 Cask gravity at The Chambers BF 07, Folkestone. I guess this is named after the Task Force sent to the Falkland Islands, 25 years ago. Slight haze on the copper colour with thin beige head. Earthy hop and some rich fruity malt aroma. Very fruity in mouth, fruit salad mix. Surprising fruit and hop finish. Tingly, but still muddy/earthy.
