Ungstrup (11385), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 21, 2005 An unclear orange beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet yeasty with notes of coriander. The flavor is very sweet malty with notes of caramel, and a dry spicy end. A way too average triple - but I like the train on the label. Papsoe (10510), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 27, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Orangey golden, very hazy with a tall, pretty and lacing head. Sweetish malty body, some alcohol burn and a good bite of hops in the finish to level things out. Apart from the train spotted by Ungstrup the label also shows three beehives - but I cannot really detect any honey in here. Typical Bios beer: solid but not very refined. 150398 yespr (6944), Copenhagen O, Denmark Sep 12, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is mild fruity and yeasty with a light citrusy dry brett note. Mild yeasty and caramelish towards dry and slight spiced. Smooth and mellow yeasty finish. Lingering yeasty finish with a light bitterness in the far finish. joergen (6529), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 19, 2005 Hazy amber coloured with a white head.
