<i> Cask at the Castle, as Redcar Best Bitter</i>. Amber with a thin white head; striaghtforward aroma of malt and hops; rich fruity malt flavours with some earthy caramel; a gentle bitterness to finish. Everything you could expect from a pint of bitter.
