Commercial Description:
Pasteurised bottle.

Brewed traditionally with Challenger and Fuggles wholeleaf hops, Maris Otter and Crystal malts and a trace of coriander. It is the first bottled ale of its type and is truly a class apart. It is very smooth and refreshing on the palate. Accompanies all tasty food, particularly curries, Chinese and Thai dishes.

Cask at the paisley beer fest. Alround rating: Corriander, gee out its nut. Its basicly bitter corriander drink.

Bottle. Big head whit golden color. Aroma is really spicey and parfume sweet! Taste is way to artificial and sweet with lots of spicey and fruity notes.

500 ml bottle. Big cream-ish near white head. Deep golden color. Aroma of orange peel, artificial sweetness and coriander. Light malty, heavily (coriander) spiced flavor. A faint bitterness underneath. Light-bodied and watery. Short, dry, sharp and spicy finish. Not for me.

Medium offwhite fine-laced head. Pale coppery body with light carbonation. Strange aroma of wet cardboard and sugary citric coriander. Taste is malty coriander with cardboard and orange notes. Some roastiness, too. The aftertaste is the same, and very long. Really disliked this combination. Drain-pour! Later I’ve come to suspect that the cider I drank before this may have messed with my palate. Need to rerate. (0.5l bottle, Centra, Oslo.)

500 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 3.8%. Clear deep golden to orange colour, decent white head. Interesting aroma of fresh coriander, spicy and herbal notes, some fruit too. The flavour has loads of fresh coriander, a slight fruitiness, hints of toffee, decent hops (and more coriander) in the finish and aftertaste. Not too sweet. An interesting beer with a moderate ABV, but probably not my choice for a whole "session".

500 ml bottle, bought at Vaaland, Bryne - shared with Roger. Dark golden/light amber color, fine white head. Aroma is floral hops. Flavor is floral and hoppy, and has some spicy notes. Very dry finish. A tasty and interesting beer at only 3,8%.
