Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
The addition of coriander to the Old Growler wort completes the original 1750s recipe for this distinctive dark beer. The powerful spiciness only adds to this porter's appeal.

Old Chap @ 4.5% from the cask. An unexciting middle of the road bitter with the added edge of acidity.

Cask at GBBF08. Weak vinous aroma. Clear very dark brown colour. The flavour is slightly vinous and spicy as from certain berries or herbs.

Cask at GBBF 08. Dark brown and still, this has an intense coriander aroma, which is carried through the flavour, right to the dry finish. A unique brew.
