Golden, thin lasting white head, light lacing.
Aroma is malty, caramel, some sweetness, floral.
Flavour is sweet, caramel malt, light floral, small bitterness.
Sweet and grainy mouth, light body, med carb.
Finishes quick, light sweetness.

Age has nothing to do with this as fresh cans are no better, not great.

473ml can purchased at the LCBO in Peterborough, Ontario.

Opened on May 27, 2009.

Best before July 30, 2008.

can. Poured clear amber witha thinning off-white head. Light caramel, citrus-hop aroma. Watery texture. Full bitterness. Flavour is bitter-sweet sitrus peel, peppery spice and mild caramel notes. Finish is dry with lingering tart bitterness.

473 ml can from OCB Discovery Pack #3. Pours a somewhat hazy gold with decent white head. Bread, light honey and light floral hoppiness in nose. Taste is sweeter and a little harsher than the nose with a touch of bitterness in the finish. Not exceptional but a very pleasant lager that I’d have again.

473 ml can from LCBO, served cool in a tulip glass.

App.: Deep clear golden with a fair off-white foam that disappears fairly quickly. Aroma: Some nice bready, biscuity malts, lightly fruity, a touch of cereal/grain/corn, some spicy, floral hops, a little yeast and citrus. Palate: Medium+ body, moderate effervescence. Flav.: Similar to the nose with fruity biscuit/bread hops, light yeast, citrus and floral notes, actually borders on a Belgian Ale to me; dry with some bitterness and a light malt finish.

Pretty nice for an Ontario craft lager.

Meh, Aroma is yeast, almost hickory. Taste is not terrible but not exceptional. Some bitterness but overall I’m still meh...

[2299-20090703] 500mL can. Flower yeast and wet drywall mix aroma with a weird fruit. Clear, light brown orange body with a quick bubbly white head. Toasty yeast fruit flavour has some odd corn oil. Medium body. Fair, has an odd corn characteristic.
