Bottle (50 cl) at café 3 smĺ rum, Göteborg, Sweden. Black with medium beige head. Clean but plain roasted malt aroma. Soft mouthfeel. Dry finish. Alcohol very well hidden.

Pours moderately thick and black with a thin creamy tan head. Sweet caramel, raisin and molasses aroma with a hint of acrid black malt and cinnamon. Sweet caramel malt flavor with low roast malt presence and a hint of spice. Has a meaty yeast flavor. Low bitterness with little hop flavor. Nice full body. No noticeable alcohol. Kind of interesting but somehow unsatisfying.

Beautiful head that clung to the glass all the way. Lots of great flavors- toasty, roasty, coffee, chocolate, licorice and a little acidic tang. One of those beers you can drink all day and enjoy.

50 cL bottle. Pours deep dark brown to black with a minimal redish glare. Dense chocolate brown head. Dense roasted malt aroma - towards a dark breadish note. Flavour is mild spiced, solid roasted malt and a thick breadish flavour underneath. Mild spiced finish with a lingering roasted malt note.

Bottle from Berlin. Rather sweet. Coffee, roasted grain, full mouth feel. Smooth, not very sophisticated.

Dark witha tan head. Deep fruity/berry aroma with light roasted malts and a touch of sour. Molasses, roasted malts, chocolate, and a sour finish. A little thin, though. Good porter, not amazing though.

Black with a dense brown head. Sweet café latte-like aroma, like chezch dark lagers. Malty and burned notes plus some chocolate. Unfurtunately it has an acid feeling towards the finish. Nevertheless, it is very nice.

Black, almost no head. Low carbonation. Very sweet - caramel, malt. I want to hate this but I actually enjoy it for a change. There is enough deep flavour to make up for the lack of bitterness.
